Purpose-built to combine office and laboratory environments, the building supports groundbreaking research and innovation in the life sciences sector and anchors East Vancouver’s growing biotech community.
Midtown 4 is a six-storey mixed-use development with 65 residential units. Built under the Heritage Revitalization Agreement, the project retains and incorporates two heritage buildings, blending historic character with modern architecture to enrich the streetscape and preserve the neighbourhood’s cultural identity.
