This eight-story, 106,000 sq ft tower-style community centre will be a state-of-the-art facility and serve as a central hub for wellness, creativity, and community life.

This development is a nine-story social/affordable housing project, delivering 112 units. It is aiming for a “Passive House” certification with many sustainability features and an energy-efficient design.

The six-storey wood frame holds 226 units and is designed to be rental homes. This project is built in blocks with a design to reduce shadowing and impact on neighbouring homes while maximizing housing capacity.

The Corpus Christi School project in Vancouver is a 2-storey, 56,000 sq ft educational facility that serves as an elementary school for K–7 students.

The Gastown Daycare Passive House project in Vancouver consists of two single-storey buildings totaling 10,000 sq ft that function as childcare facilities providing daycare spaces for young children.
